RETURNS
We accept returns up to 14 calendar days after delivery. To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition of which it was received. The item must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof or purchase. For hygienic precautions, returns cannot be made on silk bonnets, heatless curlers, or haircare items. Digital orders are considered final sale.

EXCHANGES

DAMAGED ITEMS
In the event that your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible at support@shantaestylez.com with your order number, a photo of the item’s condition and/or a memo of which items have not be received. We address each claim on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

REFUNDS
After your item has been returned, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund in the amount of the item(s) at the time of purchase and sales tax paid for the item(s) minus a restock fee in the amount of $8. Funds will be returned to your original method of payment. You will receive them dependent upon your card issuer's policies. For returns consisting of a promotional gift of BOGO offer, the promotional gift or BOGO item must be included with the returned item(s). Failure to do so will result in a charge for the original price of the promotional gift or BOGO item.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning the item(s). We will not reimburse you for shipping costs and associated shipping taxes when returning item(s).

Products that are not eligible for return will be denied and shipped back to you.
